🚲 By bike through the land of sandstone rocks
A fascinating labyrinth of sandstone rocks, deep ravines and narrow passages. This nature reserve is a gem of the region and offers unique scenery that will guide you through the history of the sandstone formation of the landscape. Ideal for cyclists and hikers looking for adventure.
A unique sandstone canyon with deep cuts and a mysterious atmosphere. This natural monument will amaze you with its rock formations and is a great destination for more adventurous cycling trips in the nearby surroundings.
Fascinating rock formations and erosion gullies in the sandstone that resemble giant tubs or "kupadla". The path to them leads through beautiful nature and is an ideal destination for those looking for lesser-known but all the more magical places.
An impressive sandstone rock block resembling an egg in shape. It is located near the village of Bor u Skutče and is one of the most famous rock landmarks in the area, accessed by a pleasant path through pine forests.
A uniquely modified sandstone boulder resembling a table, shrouded in legends of ancient feasts of the lords of Nové Hrady. A great tip for a stop while wandering through the rock cities.

🏰 For history and monuments
This Rococo gem, often nicknamed the "Czech Versailles", is literally within your reach. Do not miss a tour of the beautiful gardens, the cycling museum, and the castle park with fallow deer.
A historic town only about 15 km away. The dominant feature is the Renaissance castle listed on the UNESCO world heritage list, the monastery gardens, and the birth apartment of the composer Bedřich Smetana.
A royal dowry town with one of the best-preserved medieval walls in Central Europe (1220 m long). You can also climb the church tower where Bohuslav Martinů was born.
The ruins of a castle rising above the town of Luže. It offers beautiful views of the countryside and tours of the castle grounds.
An impressive castle in the village of Předhradí with a rich history and an extensive underground. It currently offers guided tours focusing on the history of the castle and life in it.
In Chrudim, we recommend a visit to the Museum of Puppetry Cultures and the picturesque historic center.

🐾 Pasíčka Rescue Station
Looking for an ideal trip for children? At the Pasíčka rescue station and eco-center (near Proseč), you will see animals from our nature that can no longer return to the wild due to injuries (from birds of prey to the Eurasian lynx). It also includes a nice geological exhibition.

Slatiňany Castle and stud farm
A romantic castle and, above all, a famous stud farm with the breeding of Old Kladruber black horses. The surrounding English park and Kočičí hrádek (a miniature castle for children) are ideal for a walk.
Hell Čertovina near Hlinsko
A unique underground labyrinth built in the shape of an inverted ship. A fun program full of devils will be especially appreciated by families with children.
